Siân Steel M.Ost, DO

Siân Steel M.Ost, DO is a registered osteopath, graduating from the European School of Osteopathy with an integrated Masters degree.

After receiving osteopathic treatment following a detrimental fall that altered her career pathway, Siân knew she wanted to become an osteopath during her early teenage years. Her passion to help people get better and find health was the driving factor throughout her degree.

During her training Siân gained experience working in different areas of osteopathy from sports injuries, mother & baby, headache clinics and general practice. It was here she found women’s health in osteopathy and saw first-hand how effective and rewarding working in this area could be.

Siân sees a variety of different complaints and conditions in people of all ages. From treating ice hockey players to office workers and mums-to-be to teenagers, there is never a dull day in clinic for her.

Since graduating, Siân has gone on to expand her knowledge of osteopathy in women's health by undertaking a two year post-graduate diploma in women's health osteopathy with the Molinari Institute of Health in London. Siân sees patients with a broad spectrum of women's issues from pregnancy and post-partum care to pelvic floor problems and period health.
Outside of the clinic, Siân enjoys spending time with her family and likes to get out and about with her cocker spaniel.

When it comes to exercise you’ll find her in the gym or Irish dancing – it has been a hobby from a young age that has taken her to national championship level with her Ceili team, placing 2nd and 3rd in the country.

Siân is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) Reg:9709 and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (IO). Osteopathy Leaflet.
“I pride myself on patient care and putting the needs of my patients first. I am extremely passionate about my work and enjoy treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages. I believe that osteopathy should be as individual as my patients are and I strive to provide tailor-made osteopathic treatments.” – Siân.
